Shipping Address
We ship only to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate, including a reachable phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only deliver to valid physical addresses.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information. If goods are returned to us due to an incorrect address, re‑delivery charges will apply and will be disclosed upon request.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please email bhtsalesnmarketing@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after 24 hours of order confirmation may incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping Time
Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are made during office hours, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays.
Tracking Number
Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking ID will be provided. Updates and notifications may be sent via email, mobile app, or SMS.
For non‑tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated digitally. Proof of purchase, invoice, or delivery order will be available.
Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this policy when necessary. Changes may be made without prior notice or customer approval.
